Dean Phillips, who challenged Biden in NH's primary, admits to producing the deepfake robocalls, saying anyone can do it for $500  —  Steve Kramer acknowledged Sunday that he created the fake Joe Biden robocall at the center of a multistate investigation after NBC News reported about his involvement.
