Pinterest reports Q1 revenue up 18% YoY to $1B, vs. $966M est., MAUs up 11% YoY to 631M, and forecasts Q2 revenue above estimates; PINS jumps 17%+ after hours  —  Pinterest reported first-quarter earnings on Monday that beat on the top and bottom lines.  Shares soared 17% after the report.
